Positive: Great location, quiet and spacious yard and pool area and not far for travelling.

Negative: We were under the impression because we booked both apartments that we had the entire place to ourselves, which was important to us for privacy and a place to relax with a large number of people. We would not have booked knowing the owners living above the apartments as we had to be mindful of noise or disturbance. We had planned to have family over and bbqs to see our family but we felt the need to do it elsewhere. These are reason why we booked an entire place. I think this should be made clear when future bookings are made. And I definitely would have booked elsewhere knowing. We spent a lot of money for a long stay as it was a once in Life time holiday for me and my family.

Positive: Very clean property and just as described in the advert. Very relaxed atmosphere and the Pool and outside space exceptionally maintained. We had a warm friendly greeting and lots of advice about where to explore. The property is located within easy reach of supermarket and then easy reach of the Santander coast. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Negative: Inside space was a bit limited for 5 people but I did know that before I booked. The outdoor pool area, seating and parking is shared with the other apartment and although this wasn’t a problem for us it may be an issue for people who wanted more privacy.

Summary: Friendly, clean and modern apartments run by friendly family.
